This training focuses on the ordering process. Many studies show that the IT industry is surprisingly immature as only about 25 % of system development projects deliver the right product within budget. Analyzes show that the biggest problems are in the early stages and this is mainly lacking in the customer.

Target group
The training is aimed at those who participate in system development projects. Basic knowledge in IT and system development is required.

Course structure
The education alternates theory with exercises, discussions and group work.

The training is adapted based on your needs regarding scope, course length and the participants' prior knowledge.

Course material
A solid printed course material in 4 colors is distributed to each participant in connection with the start of the course. The course material can also be used as reference material after completing the education.

After completing the training, the participants can complete a course evaluation of the training. The evaluation is compiled and sent to the client of the education as a basis for follow-up.

After completing the course, each participant receives a personal diploma.

Course leader

Our course leaders have at least 20 years of experience in projects and project management. All course leaders are active daily in different projects and combine the role of course leader with different project assignments. Our course leaders receive top marks in evaluations.
